Litigation - Court Cases - Tribunals

The lawyers at JDLO appear regularly in the District Court, the Family Court, and the High Court.

We have also conducted cases in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

We are accredited Legal Aid providers for Civil Litigation; Criminal Cases; and for Family Matters.

We also assist clients in Tribunal matters.

We also help clients prepare their cases where they have to represent themselves, such as the Disputes Tribunal and the Tenancy Tribunal. If circumstances require it we may seek leave to appear to represent our clients.
