Family Law encompasses many areas of law. Most of what we do in the Family Law area is confidential. We have at our disposal research facilities to keep us up to date with recent ongoing developments in Family Law found in diverse resources such as Legislation, NZ Unreported Judgments, New Zealand Family Law Reports, New Zealand Law Reports and Commentaries in Family Law Service (NZ), Fisher on Matrimonial and Relationship Property and the New Zealand Family Law Journal. As well, we attend or read up on all Family Law Conferences coordinated by the New Zealand Law Society.
